Some of our products are softwares which could be downloaded to your computer, cellphone, tablet or any other devices. Nothing in the present conditions must restrict all the other legal rights that RevealPage can have "user content-wise" such as for example: under other licenses. We reserve ourselves the right of deleting and modify any content for any reason, mostly if we estimate that such content infringe the present terms of use or our policy.
Once after the cancellation of your account, or if you want to delete all your "user content" from RevealPage, we could conserve your content for a comercially reasonable period for preservation, file or auditory reasons. In addition, our users could keep using this content in all the different ways mentioned in the past subsection.

RevealPage can rescind or suspend this license in any moment, with or without motives nor warning.
If you violate one of these dispositions, in our exclusive judgement, you compromise yourself to compensate and to exonerate RevealPage, our directives, administrators, employes and agents of any responsability regarding any proccess, claim, persecution, loss, lawsuit, request, risk, damage, cost and expense; including (without limitation) legal and countable expenses which would be vinculated to the access or use of our products, your "user content" or your infringement of one of these conditions.

RevealPage does not assume any responsability towards "user content" which you or other user post or transmit via our products. That being said, you are accepting and comprehending that you can be exposed to non exact, non children friendly, irrelevant or shocking "user content".
RevealPage will not be responsable of any direct or indirect damage (incomes loss, revenue, etc). No pretention may be claimed.
These conditions will be ruled by Swiss law (cantón de Vaud).
RevealPage reserves the right of determinate the form and way to transmit you notifications. You accept to receive electronically any legal notice if we choose to proceed in that way. If one of the dispositions of the present conditions were judged as invalid, this disposition will be limited or deleted if necessary, and the rest of the dispositions will continue in full effect.
No renunciation or clausule of the present conditions will be considered like a suplementary renunciation or continuous to these condition or any other one and the defect of RevealPage to claim every right and could not constitute any renunciation of this right or disposición.
